Traditional Chinese Headache Care & Accupressure

  • Completed formal headache massage training under Dr. Yin Fanggui (尹芳桂), a senior attending physician with over 20 years of clinical experience at Rong Shu Jia, a nationwide network medical clinics in China

Emma's Teaching Experience


  • Instructor and staff, Centered City Yoga

    • Emma teaches as am instructor at Centered City Yoga in Salt Lake City, leading group classes and supporting students across a range of experience levels—from newer practitioners to seasoned yogis.


  • Yoga with Emma, Anderson-Foothill Library

    • Emma leads free, community-based yoga sessions through the Salt Lake City Public Library system, designed to welcome beginners and experienced practitioners alike, focused on mindful movement, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing.
