Emma Wellness Co strives to provide clear and fair policies regarding bookings, cancellations, and refunds. Please review the information below before scheduling services.

Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel or reschedule a scheduled session or class up to 24 hours in advance of the start time.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or failure to attend without notice, are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations by Emma Wellness Co

If a session or class is cancelled by Emma Wellness Co due to illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
